ROLE DESCRIPTIONAndy Torres State Farm Agency is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Account Representative. While this can be a "foot in the door" for insurance, this is so much more than entry level position. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role- required.
- Excellent communication skills. Both written and verbal.
- High organizational and attention to detail abilities. ("Checklist" personality thrives in this role.)
- Comfortable with engaging in meaningful conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
